POOL RULES

• Use of Facilities are at the user's own risk

• Members and guests must check in at the front desk before entering

• Children under 12 MUST BE accompanied by an adult

• Proper swim attire is required

• Young children must wear swim diapers

• NO running, pushing or horseplay

• NO Littering

• NO Foul Language

• NO Smoking, Vaping, Marijuana, or other controlled substances

• NO Alcohol

• NO Glass Containers

• NO Refunds

• The pool staff reserves the right to stop any action he/she considers to be dangerous or offensive to others.

• All patrons must respect and obey the lifeguards

• The acting Manager on duty reserves the right to eject any person from the premises if (in the opinion of that manager) that person commits ANY act that warrants being ejected

• Due to the nature of a painted, concrete pool, prolonged sitting or rubbing against it may leave paint marks on swimsuits

• The CWCP is NOT responsible for accidents, thefts, injuries, or loss/damage of property that occurs on these premises
