Active Membership
- Annual membership dues are $435 if received prior to the May 26, 2012 opening day.
- Receive $25 discount if postmarked by April 28, 2012! ($410).
- A $25 late fee is assessed for dues paid after May 26th opening day ($460).
Guest Passes
Each member receives 10 free guest passes, if full payment is received before May 26, 2012. Each Member’s Guest Pass Account is maintained at the front gate. You must notify the guards in the pool office when you wish to use one of your guest passes. Families may request weekly guest passes for visitors from the lifeguard office. Specific procedures for this service are detailed in the pool operating instructions posted at the pool.
Inactive Memberships
If you hold a membership bond with CWSC, a letter requesting Inactive Status for the 2012 season must be requested in writing to the Membership Chair, along with the inactive fee of $50. The address is:

The Board uses members' inactive fees as a contribution to the capital improvement fund and to keep the pool in good operating condition. It is important for bond holders to keep their accounts in good standing for when the time comes to sell the membership, as a delinquent bond cannot be transferred. If You Wish To Sell Your Membership
You are free to sell your membership bond in any manner you choose. You are responsible for the annual membership dues as long as you are the registered owner of the membership bond. Finally, you must pay a $10 transfer fee and all delinquent fees, if any, before the purchaser will be allowed to use the facilities.
Renters
If your owner has a bond, renters pay the active membership dues of $435 (prior to May 26th). However, for non-member owners, the fee for a summer membership is $460. Renters must complete the Membership Registration Form and submit with their payment for the pool records and database.
New Members
There is no waiting list for new members - we'd love to have you join us. In addition to the annual membership dues, there is a one-time fee of $250 to purchase a membership bond. The membership bond can be transferred or sold. Arrangements can be made to pay by installment. Please contact our membership chair, Alan Peterson, for details on obtaining a membership bond.
